Tahm Kench Ulti Tooltip is Wrong

I was playing a game as Tahm Kench, and I looked at my ultimate's passive and realised the tooltip was wrong.

Passive Damage: 228 Max HP: 4841 (2721 Bonus HP) Passive Reads "18% of Bonus HP" 2721 * 0.18 = 489.71 (That is closer to 12%)

This means that my auto attacks and abilities should be doing 489.71 bonus damage instead of 228 (Which seems quite broken to me). So either the tooltip is broken and the actual HP percentage is lower or Tahm's Damage needs to be changed.

EDIT: Passive actually reads "10 damage plus 8% of your bonus HP", not 10% + 8% as earlier believed.

Maybe it calculated before Cinderhulk's bonus? idk, didn't do the math or able to tell if you had it.

Well it deals magic damage, so it'd be reduced by MR.

EDIT: Also, maybe the base damage is 10, and an additional 8% of your health? Doing the math that's about as much damage as you're doing.

EDIT2: Haven't played him in-game, so I kind of stuck my foot in my mouth with that first sentence, sorry.
