In the middle of the match and it gives me a error code

So I was towards the end of a ranked game and it gave me a huge error code and I couldn't see the screen. I knew the only way to fix it was to restart my computer so that's what I did. Well, I started the client again and it said servers were not connecting with me. Keep in mind that I technically just left a ranked game because I couldn't see anything. I finally get back in we finally won and then my client wasn't loading the game so I exited and then I look what my rank is it said I won but I lost LP even though I came back and won the game with my team. I know it isn't much LP but I have been on a winning streak in ranked for 8 games I want my LP.
