PVP.net Patcher Kernel is not Responding

Hello all i have the PVP.net Patcher Kernel is not Responding since the last patch and before last patch i never had an issue like this before. I am runnig windows 7 64bit but since the last patch i had to re-install League once and i have to repatch it everyday.... Why is this?

I have tried deleting files and folders from RADS and Projects and Solutions and still nothing the only way i was able to get it started was a fresh install of the game then after 1 or 2 games LoL crashed and had to repair then i got an update during one time i left my game at start before log in screen.. I have turned off virus protection firewall etc. I am the only person on my PC so its admin already..

I dont have the download quota to continue to keep downloading a fresh "version" of League of Legends..

What is the solutions or options i have to play this game since i started it in 2010 February and havent had this kind of issue preventing me from playing?
