I did not recieve the rune collector mission (Support Tickets Extreme Long waiting lists)

So i have the problem that i haven't gotten the "rune collector" mission and because of that i can't complete it and recieve my BE did annyone have the same problem and where you able to solve it? Because I did send a ticket to riot support but they seem to be overrun by tickets ATM. [sg-soraka]
