Description:

When TP is canceled, scoreboard shows full CD instead of 2/3 CD

Steps to reproduce:

Cancel TP Look at scoreboard

Expected result:

200 CD with line 120 degrees around square

Observed result:

0 degrees around square

When you cancel tp, it has it on a 200 second cd, and the entire box is greyed out. Don't believe me? Cancel tp and look at it in your HUD, the entire box is greyed out
