Video Initialization Error

When I try to record something on the replay system I click Record and I get Video Initialization Error i don't know how to fix it if anyone knows can they let me know Thanks.

I had tried it on older OS, I get the error. I also didn't have space on drive, but had enough to atleast click on 'Record' for a few seconds but the video would not Record with same error output as above. I don't know if the LoL client/game required any minimum space requirements as the error doesn't mention that but the error isn't there when I tried it on Win 7 with some more space.
