Error during gifting skins

Okay before you judge me hear this thing out:

  • My brother has never gotten any tribunal ban and that includes leave-buster too.
  • He is level 30
  • I am level 18
  • He has the same IP address as me because of obvious relativity-family-oriented relationship which I actually try sending my other level 30 account a mystery gift. It worked.

I read all the things about gifting and I know that I tried it before and it actually works. NOW IT GIVES ME AN ERROR :( Has anyone experienced this at all? It has been almost two days since then........ I also submitted a support ticket to Riot and this is all he gives to me.... > "Hello Summoner,

There could be a few reasons for the difficulty you're having with gifting. The general rules for gifting are as follows:

The player receiving a gift cannot be banned or suspended (by LeaverBuster, Tribunal, etc.) The player receiving a gift needs to have been on your buddy list for at least one day There are also specific rules for different types of gifting:

Content gifting (skins, Champions, rune pages)

  • To send a gift, you must be at least level 10
  • You may send up to 10 gifts every 24 hours
  • You may receive up to 10 gifts every 24 hours
  • For Mystery Gifting, players must have at least 10 eligible content options

RP gifting:

  • To send RP, you must be at least level 15
  • You may send up to 5 RP gifts every 24 hours
  • You may receive up to 5 RP gifts every 24 hours
