Gained honor randomly in a custom (potential honor farming bug)

Me an a friend had to wait for another to be ready to play, we played a custom game, 1v1 summoners rift, spectators friends only, dont think anyone was spectating, both picked udyr for the fun 1v1, played out the game, i took first tower he surrendered, as a joke i clicked surrender too so his nexus exploded then mine did and it said defeat (strange that despite surrendering second i got the loss) once we got into post game lobby it said he had been honored by two others and mine said i had by one, he even had the flair in the next game that we played, this seems like a very strange bug that could be used to farm honor levels and was wondering what had gone on

You probably got the same honors as in your previous match. I haven't tried custom, but when there's a remake in normal games i always get the honors i had on my previous match, and the honor flair in loading screen for the next game. Do a normal then check again?

This happened to me and a friend the other day in a custom. It was just us and 3 bots vs 5 bots and at the end of the game I received 2 honor and my friend received none.
