No end-game rank and (very probably) no S-token because of it.

So, I don't know what the hell happened, but basically, in the end of the game (Rift normal draft), no Rank to be seen. This is particularly annoying since I've been trying to get Mastery 7 on Urgot for quite a while (months since last token) and in this game I did particularly well (you can see the match results and what I'm refering to in the link) and I'm pretty sure I would have got an "S" rank out of it. So, is there anyway I could be compensated for this very obvious bug (I would really like that missing token), or at the very least know what rank I'm owed? Thanks.
