Client crash mid Champ select.

I am unsure why this occurs but it normally happens as I shift through to see which champ I wish play. I am not randomly clicking on the champs, I am simply scrolling the champs I own or are free for the week when it crashes. This has happened a total of seven times, with in the past 3 days. I am rather scared to try play rank or an other mode other than TB to get in matches.
