BugSplat cant get into game

This glitch is super annoying, whenever i finish getting into queue, choosing champion etc. when i should be going into the loading up screen, i get bugsplat and dont load into this game, it has happened twice, and i cant do anything to get ready, this issue has been all over the forums, yet riots response has been slow and minimal, and im now in low priority queue due to something that i cant prevent and something that riot is completely liable for, yet i am facing the consequences for their actions.
