Missing legacy skins after years of hibernation

Dear Riot,

After many years of hibernation, I decided to log back into the game. Back then I had purchased the mistletoe leblanc skin. I now realize that this skin is not in my repository, it is as though I had never bought this skin.

I contacted support(thank you Ava for your time), but the problem could not be immediately solved or traced. In fact, there is no evidence that I had ever bought any RP. I believe this to be untrue, and am therefore filing this as a bug.

The mistletoe skin hold sentimental value, and I would therefore appreciate it greatly if the skin can be recovered. My activity time has been from 2010 to 2012. I believe to have bought the skin around that time.
