[CLIENT] EULA & Terms and Conditions - Characters not Escaped Correctly

When logging in after the newest patch, a prompt appears asking to agree to the EULA and Terms and Conditions. On these two screens, all characters that need to be escaped (double quote, for instance) are appearing with a \ in front of them. A very minor issue, but important!

Ex. "The Company" displays as "The Company"
