[GAMEPLAY] I can't wear my Twisted Fate Underworld Skin

I try to use my Underworld twisted fate skin that was gifted to me, but whenever i try to use it the game makes me use my jack of hearts twisted fate skin. I've made sure I have the correct skin selected, it has an orange box around it, and there are no other orange boxes in my list of skins. What should I do?
