True damage
While playing in Poro king the basic attacks of the opposing MF were displayed as true damage on the death report, taking into account the incredible amount that was delivered, might also have been treated this way.

If they have enough armor penetration it will count as True Damage since they have negated ALL your armor. They must have had good Armor Pen items AND runes. A match history link MIGHT help figure that out.
No, that didn't happen. Death Report works less often than it doesn't.
