Gragas body slam bug - Gameplay

When playing as Gragas, body slam sometimes fails to collide with a target. For example, when trying to take the gromp using body slam, he will instead travel through the gromp and to the other side. This has happened to me twice on Red side jungle. Similarly, Gragas fails to travel through some terrain even though he should.
