[Client] Teemo Stealth bug

So I was browsing through the legendary skins in the store to see if there were any that I wanted and decided that nah, there weren't. Still I had decided to be fiscally irresponsible so i proceeded to the rest of the skins to scroll through and see if any of them caught my eye (Arcanist Ziggs did just that) While I was browsing though I noticed that while Omega Teemo cost 1820 RP (aka: legendary skin price), he had not however been listed among the rest of his kind when the "Legendary" filter was selected. Is this in fact a bug or has Teemo's stealth skills surpassed just the in game stealth we have come to know and love/hate?

TL:DR Teemo's legendary "Omega Teemo" skin is not showing up when you select the "Legendary" Filter.
