New Champ Select

Anyone know when all the bugs are going to be fixed and the new champ select reinstated? I've had so many games today where people did terribly because they ended up with roles they sucked at. It's been a mess. I hope it comes back up soon so I can also play with my friends since the old champ select only allows for duo if anyone knows what the bug was or when it'll be back up that's be awesome and please let me know! :D
