[GAMEPLAY] Ahri Charm (E) base damage not changed/updated patch 5.2

I noticed that the AP ratio on Ahri's charm has been updated but not the base damage. I noticed this when I had my charm on level 4 and the base damage said 150 damage when it should now be 165. I am unsure if the damage was indeed updated and changed and the text in spell explanation may just be wrong or not.
