My friends gifted me 2 skins, the void fizz, and pulsefire ezreal, that I can't use. I used them before maybe once or twice, but when i tried to use it recently, i can't use it, it says that i don't own it, PLEASE help me. I payed him to gift me the skins. please?
Just wondering when you go into a match can you use them? i only ask because this seems to be a problem when trying to look at your champions/skin through the Champion option from your profile, some times it will even claim you dont own the champion and everything looks like you havent gotten them. But once you go into a game its all fine!

Some people have had fraudulently earned RP/IP removed (or the equivalent thereof)
Basically people found using illegitimate referrals in the Refer-A-Friend program have had the amount equivalent to the fraud points removed from their accounts. This includes RP, IP, and some extra IP that was earned with any boosts given. If the stuff you are missing was gifted, the friend would have been the one hit by this system.
