Weird bugs in jungle

First of all , I was jungling as Lee sin , and when I do the Q-E combo , the neutral monsters stopped their attack animations , but still managed to do dmg . Secondly , when I was jungling as Yi , and when I Q'ed into Dragon (half-healthed) and the Dragon just knocked me back . rito plz fix the bugs :3 Here is a cookie
