[CLIENT] Client not allowing me to enter game its saying tht im in a game when im not

so me and a friend of mine went into a premade lobby then started up que and went into champ select, just like any other game we select our champs and are waiting for the timer to go down to zero which this whole part is not shown in the video but instead shown down below of that part of this issue and so when we got down to 0 seconds where my client turns off and the game loading screen popped up it did not do that this time i was stuck at 0 seconds the client wasnt frozen because me and my friend could type to one another and to teammates we were match with this isnt good because all ten players in this game are suffering from this same issue in the video above, they all told me and my friend that they were taking the five minute wait for dodging and so we did the same and the video above that i linked shows the after math of the glitch after we turned the client off and restarted the game we cant go into match making and says we are in a game but have no idea how to connect to it since it doesnt exsist at all now im stuck wait for someone to help me out, i did spend alot of money on this account and i dont wanna throw this all away thats not fair to me im not a toxic player and i dont derserve to lose all my skins and champs and have to start over cause at that point that makes me not even want to play the game at all so someone anyone pls help me cause i dont know if this is happening to anyone else but it definitely not fun at all
