[GAMEPLAY] Items Cooldown Bug

Hello,

When an item is used/activated, it is no longer grayed out (or darkened) like it used to be. Although the cooldown timer is still shown, the appearance/color of the item is the same prior to activation.

1. I purchase a trinket from the shop.
2. I use the trinket in game.
3. The cooldown timer is shown but the color is not darkened and is the same before usage.

Please look into this. Thank you :)
