Cant Left Click

I thought this was a glitch with Renekton but I just got it on Shyvanna. I only noticed it on ARAM so far. But when we have a big fight and i'm using all my abilities and such, I notice during it I get a blue diamond cursor and can no longer use left click. I get rid of it sometimes but not exactly sure how.
