Evelynn always bugs for me..?

In almost every game I get into as Evelynn, somewhere around the 20 minute mark ( or maybe when something in the game happens? (I'm not really sure what triggers it )) I simply can't target any minions/monsters and cannot auto ANYTHING. Is this a bug? or something that is only happening to me? This is really problematic and is holding me back from ranking up on my new main.

Edit: This just happened on my last game as Master Yi so, it is not a bug just on Evelynn.
