Wierd Polygons?

Hey, since yesterday I've got some weird visual bugs in game. I have absolutely no idea on how to fix the problem. I already repaired League and installed the latest graphic driver. If anyone of you would know how to fix this I would be very thankful. Oh and it's not just League, I also tried other games.
