[Game] Kayle thunderlords decree bug.

As of patch 7.8 Kayle E only counts as one instance of damage even though its an auto attack and a spell for the purpose of on hits and spell effects. (applies ludens, Rylais ect.) So auto, auto or auto Q should proc thunderlords but it just doesn't anymore. It did from the release of thunderclouds decree until patch 7.9. Additionally the aoe on Kayle E never procs thunderlords.. You have to auto them directly. Used to be able to auto the enemy champion once. Then last hit a creep beside them and proc it will the aoe. No longer can do that. Please fix!! Or if intended explain why Lux still gets to proc tld with Q Auto but kayle E shouldn't. Cause it wasn't in the patch notes.
