Kalista jump bugged [GAMEPLAY]

I'm sure others have been talking about this, but I thought I'd make a post. It appears to happen right after using E and not getting the reset that her passive is lost. I did encounter having issues with not being able to jump or only jumping every other attack while my e was off cd, but I had been using it to cs (maybe it's just the use of E in general?). Sadly I don't have any footage or screenshots of this occurring, but I'm 99% sure it happened solely around my use of E.
