Stuck at 100% in Loading Screen

Randomly today after changing absolutely nothing to my computer, league client, or otherwise I can not play a single game.

I have tried bot games and custom games, however after loading in to the game and being unable to see champions or minions, my game will crash, ask me to reconnect, and then through the next 20 minutes I will be trying and retrying to connect only to get stuck in loading screen at 100% with my ping numbers changing periodically.

Anyone else having similar issues? Really a bummer.

UPDATE: Finally was able to start a custom with one bot opponent. Character didn't load until :27 and I couldn't move through the gate around the fountain even after it dissipates. I have never had this happen before.

I have a simillar bug since the last update in 6.18, my loading screen freezes when i reach 100% and i cant get ingame. I tried reconnecting , restarting the computer, getting free memory, reinstalling league etc.
