Can't Open HexTech chest with one of my keys in Lol Alpha Client

Shown in bar their is clearly a key in my loot yet won't allow me to open hextech chest.

Happened to me as well. I restarted my client which seemed to fix it. However, there is still a text that says "can not be unlocked"
