lolclient.exe not responding?

So i've recently been placed in low priority queue for leaving a few games. as of 3 days ago, I decided to play and took my consequence of waiting for 19 minutes before entering the ranked queue. after the timer is up, i tend to find my client unresponsive for 10 sec showing the "LoLClient.exe is not responding" pop up once I've found a match making it impossible for me to accept thus leaving me with a temporary queue ban. I've attempted to uninstall my client, run as administrator, and repairing my client, but no signs of success. any suggestions would be a big help.
