Rammus Gargoyle Stoneplate 100% HP Bug

I used stoneplate at 81 HP then got 40% HP back then all of a sudden gained 5,000 HP and totally changed the pace of the fight. This should probably be looked at.

That's not how stoneplate works. You double the HP you do have.

It gives you +100% max HP, not current.
