Tahm Kench cannot eat Alister

Hello I was playing a bot game with my friend Timidrainbow I was kench and he was alister after he used his ult once I could not eat him all game I wanted to save him many times but it would not let me :( he got really upset with me calling me a noob and it made me really sad can you please fix this so I can save my teammate alister when he is in trouble please.

I don't know if it was a bug or a feature of Sion's, but I had a similar issue where I couldn't eat the enemy Sion during his undead form. There were several low health allies near sion when he died, so I stuck around to put 3 new stacks on him and eat him. Except I couldn't eat him and he ended up killing me before my q came back up for a stun...
