Champ select - Profile bug

So the bug started when I logged on and started a Normal Queue on Summoners. When I found a match, I accepted and got into champ select. After that this was the only thing I saw for the whole champ select:

After the champ select had ended, it said that I had returned to the lobby, and then this happened:

And finally when I try to restart the client, this message pops up:

I don't know if this problem is reoccurring or not, but hopefully it can be resolved (happened to me once)
