[Gameplay] Camera lock view stays locked on my champion until the next time I die

I'm not really sure how the glitch happened or what I did that could have caused it, but it has happened to me 3 times in the past two days. The camera will lock on to my champion (it's usually when there's a lot going on and I'm switching camera views from one side of the map to the other) and for some reason when I spacebar to return the camera view to my champion, it locks on to my champion and the only way it will refresh is if I die. It's really inconvenient because you have a very limited amount of space to view what's going on and it can really interfere with a team fight. I disabled the "Y" shortcut to the camera lock setting a long time ago so I know I'm not accidentally clicking 'Y'. When the camera view gets stuck I try to click on the eye icon on the top right of the minimap, that doesn't seem to help either.
