Hey! I had 24.. ip and just got +1k BE (I think i got the 1k because i had 150-200 BE before the preseason started) So my Question now: Where are the BE i should get because i bought runes in 2016? I thought everyone gets BE for runes/runepages.. Before somebody asks: I have played 2 games already (1 win, 1 lose) I have no Missions up anymore..
Check your loot, I was pissed and couldn't understand why I couldn't find the ones it was giving me. GL HF
They are probably still being rolled out. There are thousands of accounts they have to do this for, just like with Season Rewards. You'll get your stuff.

There will be a quest that you will have to complete. The quest requires you to win 1 match made game or something of that sort, and then you'll get Blue Essence shard items to your loot that you can then disenchant to add it to your available balance.
