Not Getting Mastery Tokens?

Since the new Mastery Levels were implemented, I recently got an S-Rank on Ashe twice. I just got my second one of the S-Ranks today with her, and I did not receive a single Mastery Token for her either time. The same thing happened a few days ago when I got an S-Rank with Fiddlesticks. Is there something I'm missing or is there a bug that's causing them not to be given out?

Idk what is happening, but i have same problem... i just earned in 3 matches on Ashe x3 S- and nothing happened. i didn't got my second token for mastery 6... What's happening RITO? [slayer-jinx-unamused] [zombie-brand-facepalm]
