I cant play at summoners rift on server EU nordic, but i can play summoners rift at NA. Any idea??

Anyone having this problem? When i play at server EU, i just cant play at summoners rift. My ping is ok, but when i try at custom game summoners rift, the champ did not load. And my ping got higher, and attempting to reconnect
