Annie huge buff

first i'd say im sorry about the opponents i just crushed with annie, but damn riot made it so i'd always have my stun ready without even having to stack it last game

weirdest bug i experienced, i was like invincible and with some cdr i could manage to permastun a trynda with my q w and R then Q again for like 9 seconds

but well what to expect from a small indie company

anyway it was obv like cheating (even though i didnt do anything to the game) but for once ,having this forgotten by riot balance team char , being that OP, it was pure bliss, submitted a ticket anyway.
