My laptop( which is in the bad performance and so slow) but this is the only way I can play LoL, and of course for some reasons, the game suddenly crash during the match!!!! This is so annoying for me and my team as well, it took a while to restart the game and the most thing is I got punished by being AFK??? This is not what I want... So pls fix the crashing bug and review my account properly, this is so annoying and I can't focus because the game is so lag....

There isn't a crashing bug. Your PC as you're using it just can't quite handle LoL. There are 2 support pages with some steps you can take that may improve your PC's performance and increase stability. On top of those, I'd remind you to close all other programs before playing League (maybe even do a full restart before).
