End of season rewards border [client patching issue]

I finished the season ranked Gold 3 and had the proper distinction at the bottom of my border for that but when I downloaded the new patch and went to play a game i noticed it had changed that symbol at the bottom of the border to the 4 symbol as opposed to 3. I have to assume the change is related to the new patch because it was fine the day before. Hopefully I'm not the only one with this problem.
