LeBlanc R>R cooldown doesn't reset in Practice Tool

As the title suggests, when the "Auto-Refresh Cooldowns" is turned on, the R>R, that is the using your ultimate twice to create a second copy of yourself doesn't reset, but instead just follows the normal cooldown decreasing with whatever CDR item you buy whereas it should reset instantly.

I hope Riot notices and fixes this, it's quite frustrating having to forward time after every use of the combo.
