My icon from caps isnt showing up in icon area

we went 2-0 in the tournament and i opened my caps and got some blue es icon and emote and the icon isnt showing up same thing happened with one of my other icons awhile back i still dont see and thats my championship riven icon like to know why that might be plz help thanks
