Illaoi Immune to Skills?

During a match as Poppy against Illaoi top lane, a buddy and myself noticed some of our abilities were not working on Illaoi. She had no banshee veil (or any item that blocks abilities) so that wasn't the case. After the match I watched the replay and found this.

Edit: sorry for the green at the end, I don't know what caused it. Also the ability that did not work was the poppy charge. Later in the game Lee sin kick did not work and also Poppy hammer. I've read through her abilities and I did not find any of them mentioning Illaoi becoming "untargetable." I believe it was happening when she was using her "w" and "Ult."
