I believe its the client that is causing me the problem.

Problem - Random non-responsive client. 4th time it has happened to me in a ranked queue, and only thing I can do is exit the game. So 4 "dodges" which resulted in LP loss. It happens at random times when in champion select. Also randomly crashes right before loading in, and crashes at post game lobby.
