My league of legends is not openning.

i tried to Run as Administrator but its still isnt openning. Also it says that 'This application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.' I dont know anything about the side-by-side configuration and the command-line sxstrace.exe tool. Please help me
