Client and Auto Fill complaints

Okay so first off imma complain about the client first. It sucks. There's days where my client will continuously crash on top of the fact I will get lag when I click on champs, when I go to the store, and when I load into games. It sucks knowing I can't play a video game because of a client. Furthermore, when I load into a game I'll get either stuck at 100%, crash my computer, or get's me to 500ms for no reason. I even checked my internet and everything possible to make sure my computer would run as fast as it can and it still will give me lag. However, when I load other games my network is completely fine.

My next complaint is auto fill. tbh idgaf if I have to wait 6min for a que, but giving me jungle for 3 matches straight just because they want me to find a match sooner is getting on my last nerve. It bugs me bc the main reason im making this god damn post is that my client is bugging out on me and im getting autofilled when I just want to play top lane. Like if I que up for a role, I want to play the role I enjoy so I can enjoy the game and not have to beg my teamates to swap roles with me. Furthermore, ranked auto fill is a even bigger issue. Now I don't play much ranked due to it being my first season, but holy crap they got stuff to fix. The fact that you can get autofilled in ranked to where people can't play the roles they are good at is absurd. Like I would rather have a team where even if they were shitty they could confidently say that the role they play is the role they found instead of a adc main getting auto filled jungle and a support main getting auto filled mid and them getting frustrated that they lose lp because of matchmaking.

Im done with ranting about this cause im sure people have already complained about this, but plz fix these issues like it's driving me crazy how a game of this size has a bad client and a system where you won't get to play a role you want. I like the game and all but plz fix so I can come back and enjoy it a bit more.
