Cannot Add Friends to Team Roster if Desired New Team Member is Signed In to LoL Friends Mobile App

Description: When trying to add a friend to our 3v3 team today, we noticed anyone signed in to the mobile app was not eligible to be added to our team roster (red circle next to name). We have available invites and our roster is not full. I promoted another team member to team captain, and he was also unable to add our mutual friend to the team roster. We had the friend sign out of mobile, and he was immediately available to be added to the team roster once signed out of mobile, while our other 2 friends who were still signed in to the mobile app showed as ineligible.

Reproduction:

1. Create Ranked team
2. Have a friend not on the team sign in to the mobile app (LOL Friends)
3. Attempt to add that friend to the new 3v3 team while they show as on mobile in your friends list

Frequency: Unfortunately we have not had time to test the frequency of this bug. I do know we can reproduce it with our same 3v3 team currently with all friends signed in to mobile (they are the only people who show as unavailable to add to the team at any given time). I do not know if the same bug exists with 5v5 teams, or if the issue is only with the Android version of the LoL Friends App (the friend we wanted to invite uses the Android version)
