Riot cant even make the support work

I wanted to submit a request to riot, because i cant Claim my twitch prime loot and they cant even manage their suppport site. If i go on submit a request an empty page will appear and Nothing else. Thanks riot. Hard not to use vulgar language btw.

It works just fine for me every time ive been on it and submitted a ticket. Perhaps the problem is your end and not theirs
