Gangplank Cannon Barrage Cooldown not using cdr

I tried to get a screenshot but it didnt work but i was playing a bot game and i was playing GP. I used my ult and on the tooltip it said it'd have a 77 second cooldown but when i used it it went on 130+ second cooldown.

i tried to replicate but i couldnt so i dont have a screenshot.
